This month’s workshop will be:
Physical Wellbeing: Sleep Matters
Sleep is one of the most underrated forms of self-care. As a child you want to stay up as as late as you can, as an adult our sleep can be massively impacted by life circumstances. In this workshop we will be giving you some practical ideas and tools, to reclaim and refill your sleep tank.
