Our Beehive Hub is designed to offer even more, outside of our shop and cafe environment. We want our home to be your home. here are some ways that you could use our space for your needs.
Hiring our space
We have a great building that is fit for so many purposes. And it’s available to hire!
As well as our downstairs shop and café area that is perfect for events, we have a conference/workshop room upstairs equipped with a conference table (space for 12 seated around the table), TV with HDMI connections, WiFi and we can even provide refreshments.
Whether you have a meeting to host, want to run a workshop, or just want to book the room to spend the day working, we’d love to have you.
Prices
Thinking about hiring our workshop room or shop and café space? Here are the prices, simple and no frills:
Hire/hr: £15, Half Day (9am-1pm/1pm-5pm): £45, Full Day (9am-5pm): £65
The downstairs space is only available outside of normal opening times. The workshop room is available for hire during opening hours as well as outside of. If you’re booking outside of normal opening hours, we charge an hourly host fee based on the real living wage. Which is subject to change. (As of June 2023 it is £10.90/hr)

Virtual Office
Are you a business looking for affordable virtual office space? Whether you’re an freelancer, small business or entrepreneur, our virtual office packages give you the flexibility to operate your business with a reputable Ashford business address!
We offer 2 packages at The Beehive, to give you flexibility to run your business from anywhere, with a fixed business address to use on business accounts, HMRC, marketing materials, etc. as an affordable option for a virtual office in Kent.
To sign you up, we’ll require you to provide 2 forms of ID, read and agree to our Beehive values and terms of agreement, and you can choose a monthly or annual payment! Make our home, your home!

The Sociable package:
£15/mo (or £165/an - saving 1 month!) [45p/day]
Everything included in the basic package plus:
- One free hot drink each month (Come and use our café space as a getaway. We have wifi, plug points and a steady flow of happy faces. Work in store, or bring a book and relax, either way, we’d love to see you.)
- A year’s membership at The Beehive (when you pay annually for your VO) which includes:
5 points for every £1 you spend in the shop or cafe,
