This is week 1 of an 8 session Public Speaking Course at The Beehive. (Frequency is semi-regular, so please check the session dates: 26th Sept 2023, 17th Oct 2023, 7th Nov 2023, 21st Nov 2023, 12th Dec 2023, 19th Dec 2023, 9th Jan 2024, 23rd Jan 2024.)

Whether you want to get better at speaking to one person or to a thousand, this course will help you become better at finding your voice, and using it to communicate in the best way you can  This isn't just about getting up in front of people and speaking.  It's also about building your confidence and helping you to become more effective at communicating who you are and what you have to say. 

It's open to all; but please commit to coming to as many sessions as possible.
The course costs £40, which is just £5 per session. Spaces are limited, so book your space now.

Every session, you will have an opportunity to present a five-minute talk in a safe environment and get critiqued (constructively) by a group of your peers. You will also get to enjoy a short learning session. These learning sessions will cover topics such as creating stage presence, structuring your ideas, and exploring different presentation formats.
